Spinball Sports doesn't want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase, so Spinball Wizard ball feeders may be returned for any reason within 30 days for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee and 3% processing fees. The 15% restocking fee is calculated from the normal sale price and not from any additional discount coupons that may have been used. This fee is the lowest in the industry and covers our outgoing shipping costs processing and packaging expenses and minor cosmetic damage to the machine. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping back to Spinball Sports.

Spinball Sports Automatic Ball Feeders are covered for 5 years for residential use or 1 year for commercial use.

If one of Spinball Sports' products fails to work like it is supposed to during the warranty period, they will fix it or replace it (our choice) at no charge. The warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, normal wear, or misuse of the product.

If a warranty repair is a simple part replacement, they will send you the new part and provide technical support for installing it for free. If you would like them to install the part, or if the problem is more extensive, you will have to pay the shipping to return the item to them. They will cover repairs and return shipping.

IMPORTANT: All order cancellations must be made within 12 hours. After that, your order has already been processed and any cancellations will result in a 3% processing fee deducted from the amount of the refund.

During those peak seasons or anytime we know that shipping may take longer, we do our best to indicate the best estimate on the product page, somewhere between the product price and the Add to Cart button.

No matter where you order a Spinball Automatic Ball Feeder from, NOBODY actually stocks them; they all ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse located in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Therefore, the shipping time frame is exactly the same no matter what website you order from (we hope that it is this one!).

Spinball Sports Automatic Ball Feeders typically take 3-5 business days to ship from the time you place your order. They ship via Federal Express (FedEx) Ground and could take anywhere from a day or two to a week to get to you AFTER being shipped, depending on your proximity to their warehouse. We will notify you of your tracking number the moment we receive it from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Expedited delivery may be available and you can certainly contact us to see what the cost would be for special one day or two day delivery. Be forewarned; it is extremely expensive and generally costs several hundred dollars more and still does not affect the processing time. In other words, it will still take the same time for the warehouse to process the order; it will just get to you faster once it is shipped!
