Returned items must be in good, resellable, "like new" condition with original packaging. Unless returning an item that is defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to Heater Sports as well as our original actual shipping costs and 3% processing fees, whether they obtained "free" shipping or not.

IMPORTANT: All order cancellations must be made within 12 hours. After that, your order has already been processed and any cancellations will result in a 3% processing fee deducted from the amount of the refund.
