First Pitch Ace Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

To ensure your satisfaction, the First Pitch Ace pitching machine includes a 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Returned items must be in good, resellable, "like new" condition with original packaging. Unless returning an item that is defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to First Pitch as well as the original actual shipping costs and 3% processing fees, whether they obtained "free" shipping or not. There is also a 40% restocking fee on all returned items.

First Pitch warrants the operability of your Ace pitching machine for 5 full years for residential use or for 1 full year for commercial use from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all mechanical and electrical parts against premature wear or failure, electrical malfunction, or accidental damage during reasonable normal use.

If a warranty repair is as simple as a part replacement, First Pitch will send you the new part for free. If the problem is more than something simple and we need to fix it, you will pay the shipping both ways. First Pitch will repair it at no charge within 24 hours.

IMPORTANT: All order cancellations must be made within 12 hours. After that, your order has already been processed and any cancellations will result in a 3% processing fee deducted from the amount of the refund.

PLEASE NOTE: During peak seasons, shipping time frames may be substantially longer than the general shipping time frames listed, below. During those peak seasons or anytime we know that shipping may take longer, we do our best to indicate the best estimate on the product page, somewhere between the product price and the Add to Cart button.

No matter where you order a First Pitch Ace pitching machine from, NOBODY actually stocks them; they all ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse located in Maple Plain, Minnesota. Therefore, the shipping time frame is exactly the same no matter what website you order from (we hope that it is this one!).

First Pitch Ace machines typically take 3-5 business days to ship from the time you place your order. They ship via Federal Express (FedEx) Ground and could take anywhere from a day or two to a week to get to you AFTER being shipped, depending on your proximity to their warehouse. We will notify you of your tracking number the moment we receive it from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Expedited delivery may be available and you can certainly contact us to see what the cost would be for special one day or two day delivery. Be forewarned; it is extremely expensive and generally costs several hundred dollars more and still does not affect the processing time. In other words, it will still take the same time for the warehouse to process the order; it will just get to you faster once it is shipped!
