PLEASE NOTE: Due to the overwhelming demand, Cimarron Sports orders are taking 1-2 weeks to ship, depending on what is ordered. If you want a Cimarron batting cage or accessory, it is best to order it now. There is already quite a backlog of ordered cages. Get your order in now so that you do not fall back even further in line. The delay will only get longer the further we get into baseball and softball season!
ATTENTION: Due to COVID-19, Cimarron Sports is not accepting returns or exchanges of any kind, for any reason, until further notice. If there is damage or missing pieces they will be happy to correct the problem, however, once a package leaves their warehouse, they will not accept its return. Cimarron Sports apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause but they will work with you as much as is reasonable under the circumstances.
Cimarron Sports thanks you for your patience with shipping delays due to the increased volume of online orders during this period and hopes that you stay safe and pray for the safety of loved ones.
No matter where you order a Cimarron 70 foot Batting Cage Net from, NOBODY actually stocks them; they all ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Therefore, the shipping time frame is exactly the same no matter what website you order from (we hope that it is this one!).
Cimarron #24 70 foot nets typically take 2-4 business days to ship from the time you place your order. They ship via Federal Express (FedEx) or UPS Ground and could take anywhere from a day or two to a week to get to you AFTER being shipped, depending on your proximity to their warehouse. We will notify you of your tracking number the moment we receive it from the manufacturer's warehouse.
Expedited delivery may be available and you can certainly contact us to see what the cost would be for special one day or two day delivery. Be forewarned; it is extremely expensive, generally costing far more than the product costs and still does not affect the processing time. In other words, it will still take the same time for the warehouse to process the order; it will just get to you faster once it is shipped!
