Products may be returned for a refund within 31 days of the date the product was shipped to you, when returned in accordance with the Cimarron Sports policies outlined in the Shipping & Returns section of this website. Unless returning an item that is defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to Cimarron Sports as well as the original actual shipping costs and our payment processing fees (approximately 3%).
WARRANTY: Cimarron Sports warranties this net with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing, materials and workmanship defects. We will enthusiastically replace or repair your product at our discretion.
IMPORTANT: All order cancellations must be made within 12 hours. After that, your order has already been processed and any cancellations will result in a 3% processing fee deducted from the amount of the refund.

No matter where you order a Cimarron 55 foot Batting Cage Net from, NOBODY actually stocks them; they all ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Therefore, the shipping time frame is exactly the same no matter what website you order from (we hope that it is this one!).
Cimarron #24 55 foot nets typically take 2-4 business days to ship from the time you place your order. They ship via Federal Express (FedEx) or UPS Ground and could take anywhere from a day or two to a week to get to you AFTER being shipped, depending on your proximity to their warehouse. We will notify you of your tracking number the moment we receive it from the manufacturer's warehouse.
Expedited delivery may be available and you can certainly contact us to see what the cost would be for special one day or two day delivery. Be forewarned; it is extremely expensive, generally costing far more than the product costs and still does not affect the processing time. In other words, it will still take the same time for the warehouse to process the order; it will just get to you faster once it is shipped!
