Products may be returned for a refund within 31 days of the date the product was shipped to you, when returned in accordance with the Cimarron Sports policies outlined in the Shipping & Returns section of this website. Unless returning an item that is defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to Cimarron Sports as well as the original actual shipping costs and our payment processing fees (approximately 3%).
WARRANTY: Cimarron Sports warranties the frame with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing, materials, workmanship defects. #24 Nets are guaranteed for 2 years and the #42 and #45 nets have a 5-year warranty. We will enthusiastically replace or repair your product at our discretion.
IMPORTANT: All order cancellations must be made within 12 hours. After that, your order has already been processed and any cancellations will result in a 3% processing fee deducted from the amount of the refund.
