Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable - Justin Stone from Elite Baseball takes a break from his Spring Training duties for the Cubs and talks about helping Garth Brooks improve his baseball swing (yeah, THAT Garth Brooks). Garth was not in his comfort zone and Justin says that's OK. In fact, he believes you should constantly put young players in uncomfortable roles and positions so that they grow as players. Timing is Everything! - The most common reason that players who have great swings off a batting tee struggle against live pitching is timing. They plant their foot too early which throws off the timing of their hip turn and everything else.
