Q: Will these balls damage a composite bat with the use of a pitching machine?

A: Just like all pitching machine balls (including dimpled balls), these are no heavier or harder than a real ball; therefore, they cannot possibly damage a bat any more than a real ball will.

The myth about pitching machine balls denting aluminum and composite bats comes from public batting cages where they leave the balls out in the rain, making them heavier and harder than a real ball.
